What we do
Envoy provides an 'on demand' online renewals/annuities service to IP professionals. We do not provide case management software nor do we take over the management of your clients' cases. Instead, we focus on improving the efficiency of your renewals/annuity department.
Put simply, our online system provides instant access to fixed prices for your clients' upcoming renewals. You can then choose which cases you want us to pay.
Our service is completely online and free to sign up and use. You only pay for the cases you instruct us to renew. You can use our system to check our prices, view official fees, calculate due dates and access powers of attorneys – all for free.
Using Envoy gives your firm all the advantages of a single supplier, such as reporting and invoicing in your currency. Envoy can also be used alongside other renewals providers and your existing case management/docketing software.
Envoy is suitable for firms of all sizes – you can process one renewal, or hundreds of renewals at the same time. There is also no requirement for you to upload all your cases to us before you can begin using our service. You can upload just one case and start using us immediately.
Articles
From time to time we publish articles on the Envoy website. The articles relate to Envoy and the IP renewals marketplace.
We encourage your feedback and comments.
