Instant and fixed prices
Get instant and fixed prices for any renewal in the currency of your choice. After entering your case details, you can add the case to Envoy for later review and instruction. You can also use the 'quick quote' function to obtain indicative prices without needing to enter all the case details.
Instant invoices
When you place an instruction for one or more renewals, an invoice is instantly generated. This reduces administration costs and ensures that there are no unpleasant billing surprises.
Batch instructions
Save time and effort by uploading a spreadsheet of cases to immediately obtain multiple prices, instantly place multiple instructions, get a price forecast, or get multiple due dates. You can instruct us to pay a thousand renewals with a single click! Download a PDF about Batch (365KB).
Freeze prices
The prices on our system are 'live' and updated every week. If exchange rates change, our prices change. However, you can 'freeze' prices for up to 120 days. This means you can ensure that the price you quote your client will still be the same when you instruct Envoy.
Price forecasting
The forecasting tool lets you see future renewal prices for any case. You can also download a spreadsheet of the forecast prices – perfect for helping your client assess which cases to renew or abandon.
Due date calculator
Our system stores all of the date-related rules for every territory in the world. You can use the due date calculator to work out when your patents are next due for renewal (or to check that your records are correct). Next due dates are automatically calculated and displayed for cases we have been instructed to renew.
Tutorial
New users to the Envoy system can be quickly brought up to speed with the onscreen tutorial. It's fast and fun to complete.
Search and sort
Our system enables you to effectively search, sort and organise your cases by due date, IP right type, territory etc. You can also combine search results with filters to produce concise sets of cases.
