You get instant prices and place instructions via our website. Your instructions are received and reviewed by our service team – if there are any issues we let you know immediately. We then attend to the renewal payment, using our associated supplier network where appropriate. All of our suppliers are qualified IP attorneys and authorised to act in the IP jurisdiction in which the renewal is to be undertaken.

How Do I Use Envoy?
1.Get prices
Instant and fixed renewal prices are displayed as soon as you upload your case details to our system. We've made it very easy to upload spreadsheets of cases so you can get instant prices for hundreds of cases with a single click of a button! You can also freeze the prices to make sure they don't change while you wait for approval from your client.

2.Instruct
Once your clients have given you the go ahead, you log back into Envoy and instruct us to pay the relevant renewals. You get an instant invoice in the format of your choice.

3.Monitor progress
You can log in at any point and monitor progress on the payment of any renewal. Once a renewal has been paid and an official receipt issued, the receipt is emailed to you. The receipts can also be downloaded from our system.

How do I start using Envoy?
Start with a trial account
The trial account gives you complete access to Envoy's instant and fixed prices. You can get prices and practise placing instructions without incurring real costs or renewing real cases. A no-obligation trial account lasts for 90 days and also enables you to test all our features and functionality.
Place a real instruction
When you're ready to instruct Envoy to renew a real case, let us know and we'll send you bank account details to set up your Envoy pre-payment deposit account. Once set up, you're ready to go!
Switching to Envoy
You can use Envoy on a case-by-case basis and Envoy can be used alongside other renewals solutions. In fact, most of our customers start by placing a few instructions to see if they like our system. Then they go on to use Envoy for more and more renewals.
